Board Members

The WVSF Board is made up of a diverse group of community members from various backgrounds who all have an interest in increasing opportunities for youth participation in sports. 

Caryl Andre - Chair

Caryl Andre is the Recreation Supervisor for the City of Wenatchee Parks and Recreation Department and is going on 27 years.  Married with five children ages 20-28, she grew up in Bellevue and relocated to Wenatchee in 1990 where she immediately fell in love with the Valley and Community.  Caryl came to the valley with a passion for Special Olympics and currently Wenatchee Parks & Recreation organizes 13 sports year round while hosting the State Winter Games every March for the last 27 years.

Sally Brawley

Sally Brawley is the Executive Director of the Eastmont Metropolitan Park District.  She became the Director in 2011 after working in the ski industry for over 20 years. Sally was born and raised in East Wenatchee, then graduated from Washington State University. For Sally, recreation and parks is a lifelong passion.  

Pat Norland

Pat is the Sports Tourism and Outdoor Recreation coordinator at the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce. Growing up in Wenatchee, Pat developed in many of the same venues, fields and organizations that kids do today. He has spent several years scouting for the Wenatchee Wild and four seasons calling games on local radio and internet as a color analyst. Pat is enthused and very humbled to have the opportunity to serve the youth of Wenatchee and help them achieve their goals.
